I expected the book to the same as other stained glass coloring books I have purchased. The artwork is printed on both sides of each page - was this to save money in manufacturing? - so you really have to be careful of the medium used to avoid bleed-through. Pages are not easily removed
I am just starting to create stain glass. This book has been very helpful in getting me started. I had no problems with the seller, item, nor shipping.
Thought I was getting a book with full page designs. Not the case, the designs are very small with 4-6+ designs per page. Had I known this I would not have purchased. Not happy with this book.
Transit time from China was a bit slow but worth the wait. Excellent quality of production with wonderful drawings. Highly recommended for those interested in this hobby.
I guess I just expected more that JUST traditional stained glass designs (maybe a couple of words here and there would have been nice) but no, there are just traditional stained glass designs. Of the designs that are there (mostly black and while lined designs but a few colored in on the interior covers), they are very nice and I will be able to use them. The lines are clean and the book isn't cluttered. I recommend it.
Yes this book contains 390 stained glass black and white designs but they are tiny, some barely 1" tall. Good luck enlarging that into a useful pattern! The same designs are in Victorian Stained Glass Designs with CD Rom published by the same company. That one is a lot more useful. I wish I had found out before I bought both of those books.
Nice book. Lots of options for various traditional designs.
The book was new and arrived in great shape! The contents of it (images) was not at all what I was expecting, and so many of the designs were too similar.
